JOB TITLE: Motion Graphics / Digital Designer
REPORTING TO: Head of Animation
Telegael are looking to recruit a multi-disciplinary designer and video editor for 12-month fixed term contract.
LOCATION: Spiddal, Galway/Remote Option
Working with a range of clients, the Motion Graphics / Digital Designer’s role will be producing striking and innovative designs for our animation and live action productions.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ideate and create stunning digital content using tools such as After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, HTML5, Animate and Cinema 4D.
Take design projects from client brief through to completion, providing new ideas and creativity whilst working closely with the client's vision.
Develop a deep understanding of motion graphics for Live Action, Television Film and Animation projects
Role will include Opening and Closing Credits. Graphic Overlays, Animated logos, Corporate Video Presentations etc
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.
Excellent motion design skill set.
The ability to use After Effects and associated motion software.
A passion for 2D and 3D motion graphics design and animation, with the ability to animate a variety of styles of techniques.
Excellent Adobe CS skills with great knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator with the ability to produce bespoke digitally drawn assets.
An innate and deep affinity with layout, typography and idea-generation.
3 years of relevant experience in:
Candidate must produce Showreel & Portfolio of Digital work when applying for position.
