JOB TITLE: Trainee Production Manager
REPORTING TO: Head of Production
Telegael are looking to recruit a Trainee Production Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Job Description:
Assist other Production Managers and Head of Production on projects
Communicate clearly and regularly with Head of Production on the production status
Perform document management and update internal progress reports
Assist with organising the production schedule for projects.
Will help to ensure the production teams understands the deadlines of each assignment
Will help to ensure production delivery requirements are met
Any other tasks as deemed necessary by the company
Key Requirements
Previous experience of working in film/tv and or animation is desirable
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong troubleshooting skills
Comfortable in working to tight deadlines
Enjoys working in a team.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particularly Excel
Knowledge of asset tracking and data base software such as Google docs, Shotgun.
The succesful candidate must reside within 45kms of our Telegael offices.
Location : The succesful candidate will ultimately work from the Áras Telegael office in An Spidéal, Co. Galway, However, due the restrictions and guidelines currently in place with regard to the Covid 19 pandemic the successful candidate must be able to work remotely at the start of their employment until the restrictions are sufficiently lifted to allow relocation to the main Telegael offices.
